- How are my needs being documented by the representative?
- Does the agent listen and seem to understand my needs?
- How much control will I have of this selling process?
- How will my home be promoted?
- What types of marketing tools and services will the representative offer?
- Is the "worth" of my home fair in comparison to others? What kind of proof do I have of it?
- Does this representative seem knowledgable and comfortable about selling my home?
- Is the representative making me aware of and understand the details of the whole sellings process?
- How can I be assured that I've gone with the right agent/company to help sell my home? (letters of reccomendation, testimonials, etc).
- Since safety, security, and hassle-free services are a concern of mine, will you be able to provide that for me?
